These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by The Pittsburgh Tour Company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including all sightseeing tours, transportation services, website use, and ticket purchases.

By purchasing a ticket, boarding a bus, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. SERVICES

The Pittsburgh Tour Company provides:

• Sightseeing tours via double-decker buses

• Guided tour experiences

• Transportation along designated routes in Pittsburgh, PA

All services are subject to availability and operational conditions.

2. TICKETS & BOOKING

2.1 Ticket Requirement

• A valid ticket is required to board at all times

• Acceptable forms:

  • Printed ticket

  • Digital ticket (phone)

Screenshots or confirmations alone are NOT valid tickets

2.2 Ticket Validity

• Tickets are valid only for the date and time selected

• Tickets are:

  • Non-transferable

  • Non-refundable (unless stated otherwise)

  • Not for resale

2.3 Boarding

• You MUST select a boarding location and time

• Boarding is first-come, first-served

• Seating is not guaranteed on upper deck

2.4 Lost or Invalid Tickets

• Lost tickets will NOT be replaced

• If you cannot present your ticket, you may be required to purchase a new one

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

• All prices are in USD and include applicable Pennsylvania taxes

• Prices may change without notice

• Promotional offers may be revoked at any time

4. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

Refunds are ONLY issued if:

• The Company cancels the tour

• Severe weather or safety issues prevent operation

No refunds for:

• Late arrivals

• Missed tours

• No-shows

• Personal scheduling conflicts

5. ROUTES, SCHEDULES & OPERATIONS

The Company reserves the right to:

• Change routes

• Modify stops

• Delay or cancel tours

• Substitute vehicles

This includes (but not limited to):

• Traffic conditions

• City events

• Road closures

• Weather

• Safety concerns

6. SAFETY RULES

For your safety:

• Passengers MUST remain seated on the upper deck while bus is moving

• Standing on upper deck is strictly prohibited

• Follow all instructions from drivers and staff

The Company may refuse service if:

• Behavior is unsafe

• Passenger is intoxicated or disruptive

• Safety is compromised

No refunds will be issued in these cases

7. CHILDREN POLICY

• Children 2 years and under ride free (no seat guaranteed)

• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times

8. ALCOHOL & CONDUCT

• Alcohol is STRICTLY PROHIBITED on all vehicles

• No illegal substances allowed

The Company reserves the right to remove any passenger for:

• Disorderly conduct

• Harassment

• Unsafe behavior

9. PERSONAL PROPERTY

• You are responsible for your belongings

• The Company is NOT responsible for:

  • Lost

  • Stolen

  • Damaged items

Unclaimed items may be discarded

10. LIABILITY WAIVER (IMPORTANT)

To the fullest extent permitted under Pennsylvania law:

• You assume all risks associated with participation

• The Company is not liable for:

  • Delays

  • Schedule changes

  • Weather-related issues

  • Third-party actions

The Company’s liability is limited to:

This does NOT limit liability for:

• Gross negligence

• Willful misconduct

• Death or personal injury where prohibited by law

11. ADA & ACCESSIBILITY

• ADA-compliant accommodations are available

• Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
